Description

Use FIVE STAR MAF Sensor Cleaner to clean your mass airflow sensor either every six months, or every time you change your oil. Cleaning it when you change or clean your air filter will be a good
way to save both time and money.

A Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor monitors the temperature and weight of air entering your engine. Your on board computer needs that information to calculate the right amount of fuel for all engine
operating conditions.

FIVE STAR MAF Sensor Cleaner will clean dirt, soot and grime off the sensor and help to maintain correct sensor readings for optimum performance.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

To clean your mass airflow sensor, locate and remove the MAF sensor in the air duct between the air filter box and the throttle body, also disconnect the electrical connector. When removing the sensor, be sure to never touch the wires, they are delicate and small. Breaking one will require a replacement. Spray FIVE STAR MAF Sensor Cleaner in short spurts liberally all over the wire or plate. Don’t scrub the parts as this may break the wire or damage the plate.
